Kenmore is a brand name, now owned by Transform SR Brands (Transformco), which bought Sears’ assets in 2019. The appliances are made by other manufacturers, including Whirlpool, LG, Electrolux and Bosch’s parent BSH.

Error codes on a Kenmore
Kenmore does not publish one code list for all its washers and dryers, because the codes come from whoever built the machine. A 796 LG-built washer uses LG’s codes; a 110 Whirlpool-built one uses Whirlpool’s.
